Discounted 5% commission on $600,000 sales price. 2.5% is offered to a cooperating broker or selling agent ($15,000). 2.5% is kept by the listing office ($15,000). Total commission paid is $30,000

Now look at my flexible commission structure:

4% commission plan on $600,000 sales price. 2.5% is offered to a cooperating broker or selling agent ($15,000). 1.5% is kept by my office ($9,000). Total commission paid is $24,000 This is includes 100% full service! If I am able to find a buyer for your property, the commission can be reduced even further to a total of 3% or a total commission paid of $18,000. 3.5% commission plan on $600,000 sales price. 2.5% is offered to a cooperating broker or selling agent ($15,000). 1% is kept by my office ($6,000).
